New England Family Housing was established in 2004 with its first property purchased. Shortly after, N.E.F.H continued to stretch its growth with the goals of making a difference in the real estate and rental property market. Today N.E.F.H owns many properties with record breaking growth for a privately owned company all over New England as we still continue to grow and further our goals. Ranging from rentals in residential, multi-family, manufactured homes, and Commercial buildings. We also specialize in acquisitions and re-development.

Kevin Lacasse, CEO of New England Family Housing founded in 2004 started with the renovations of a condemned duplex, then quickly moving to the multifamily space, Kevin continued his career in a diversified path from the beginning. Some of the areas include single family fix and flip, multifamily acquisition and renovation, waterfront campground re-development, mobile home parks, Apartment Complex ground up construction as well as gut rehab and larger scale mixed use developments and affordable housing projects. Kevin has been on the sponsor side for most of the projects, which has given him the perspective of many funding sources (private money, institutional, government (LIHTC, CDBG), private syndications). On the single family housing side of the business, Kevin has been
involved with modular home construction in both VT and NH in the form of spec home builds and customer specific builds. Current projects include a 24 lot single family home subdivision that was taken from concept through custom stick built homes all recently sold. Kevin’s accreditations include being a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Septic Installer, NHMMHA Board Member, Member of NH Home Builders, 40 under 40 award recipient, Husband, and Father of 4.

Spencer Lacasse joined New England Family Housing full time in early 2020. Since then, Spencer has been working diligently with the LIHTC residents of New England Family Housing as the resident services coordinator to assist the residents by providing service enriched housing. Spencer also plays a big role in the leasing and management of the LIHTC properties by handling all move ins and annual recertifications.
